HANDICRAFT WORKSHOP

Korean masks have a long tradition with the use in a variety of contexts. Masks of any type are called ‘TAL’ (Korean: 탈) in Korean
There are two ways to categorize masks: religious masks and artistic masks. Religious masks were often used to ward off evil spirits and the artistic masks were mostly used in dances and theater shows.

1. Make your own ‘Korean Traditional mask’

Date and Time : 11AM -13PM , 22.April

You will be provided with all materials . Take your time to create your own mask!

2. Make ‘Mask dance free standing dolls’

Date and Time : 13PM -15PM , 22.April

You will be provided with all materials . Take your time to create your own dancing doll!

1) Seminar : One day Korean language class

Did you know?
We, Koreans have own language and own alphabets. It would be a great chance to glance Korean culture.
You will learn how to say ‘hello, I love you, et cetera’. You can read and write in Korean. You wouldn’t want to miss it.
